This 4 year old Single Barrel Straight Bourbon represents is the first 4 year old bourbon Hot Springs Distilling has released. From our very first batch of barrels, this barrel is a classic High Rye Bourbon. Cherries, Vanilla, and Peppery Rye Spice make for a delicious balanced bourbon.
